Personalized Therapy Program

$175 (with one on one instruction)

The Personalized Program is for individuals looking to heal specific physical ailments, and is coupled with a physical assessment through Thai Massage.

Treatment will begin with a 2 hour comprehensive exam, including a full body thai massage to initiate the process of unblocking the body's innate ability to heal. Within 7 days of the initial appointment, you will be asked to return to the BodyWell to receive a personalized Yoga Therapy program.

A restorative practice will be given to support the continued access to the body's slumbering wellspring of healing . This is a private session in which you will be guided through the program created just for you. It is a time to ask questions and familiarize yourself with the exercises that will bring the greatest benefit when performed correctly. Props will be used (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, chairs). You will be able to continue this practice at home, with access to the centre for any questions or concerns that arise, or continue with guidance in group classes at the BodyWell.
